The demand letter generator produces a template document based on the information you enter and the publicly available statute for the selected state. You are solely responsible for reviewing the letter for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness before sending it. You are also responsible for ensuring the recipient information and any factual claims are correct.

All content on GetDepositHero — including text, graphics, logos, code, and the organization of state-by-state summaries — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may print or download a copy of pages for your personal, non-commercial use.
